What if I need an extra pick-up between regular collections or I have an extra-large amount of home-generated garbage for pick-up?
Please call our office, additional garbage collected will result in additional charges.
What if my collection day falls on holiday?
Then your collection will be one day behind.
If I want to sign up for automatic withdrawal from my bank account or my credit card, how do I do that?
Please fill out one of these forms and email to email@example.com or fax to 608-782-5322. You can also elect to receive your billing statement via email on any of these forms.
What can I do with my old cans?
Drop them off at our location on Larson Street. Starting in May you can place them in your new recycling cart to get picked up. If you would like to get them picked up before May, please contact our office for pricing.
Can I purchase additional carts in addition to the ones the city already delivered?
Yes, you will have to either contact Onalaska (608) 781-9500 or La Crosse (608) 789-7508 to obtain those. If you are in the Town of Campbell, please contact Harter’s directly (608) 782-2082.
What can I do if I have excessive recycling?
You can drop if off at our location on Larson Street or purchase another recycling can from the city of your residence.
